In this episode I break down what can happen when your rhythm/routine is feeling off… maybe you start to feel chaos, out of control, and not so fun. It can be important to recognize when this is happening and figure out what is disrupting your rhythm, sometimes just the awareness can help you refocus and regain control. Sometimes you just need to stay present and you can overcome the feelings of chaos. And sometimes you'll just laugh when you realize it's because Daddy was home on a school day.
