Whether you have the flu, you're running on E, it's that time of month, or you just have a lot scheduled, some days you can't do it all. Honestly, most days you can't do it all. So I've been brainstorming a new system to help me get through those tough, busy, I just can't anymore days and am sharing it with you! I'm sick of feeling shame or guilt when I don't get it all done, and being sick the last few months has really started that cycle of negative self talk. So rather than let it win, I'm coming up with a system for prioritizing the absolute bare minimum for days that all I can do is that survival… and I'm also dreaming and putting into action what my most perfect day would look like! My next step will be meeting those two in the middle so I have guidelines for a little bit of everything for the days that my brain is just not working with me.
